The players should be divided into teams of 8 players each. 6 out of 8 players should line up in a manner that they face one another and the remaining 2 on each sides of the rectangle. The team that has the possession of the ball can use players on both sides but the players on the sides can touch the ball only once. Also, they are not allowed to score.

Drills For Soccer: 5 Simple Steps To Heading

Beware that they are instructed to use their forehead or side of the heads. If they do not do this, they will have headaches and there are chances of injury too.

This soccer practice is utilized best by the player bringing their forehead in line with the approaching ball. Then raise themselves or jump and hit ball hard so that there is maximum momentum.
