<p> In kid’s training for soccer, there are two types of stretching, dynamic and static stretching that are integrated.</p>
<p> In static stretching, players stretch their muscles to a certain point of resistance and then hold for some period of time. Dynamic stretching involves rhythmic bouncing, rebounding and recurring motions. In comparison with static stretching, it is more risky and less useful.</p>
<p> This article discusses some benefits of stretching that go a long way in making a good player great.</p>

<p> Stretching reduces injuries: When players do stretching every day and keep doing it for a long time, it promotes their muscle growth that reduces the risk of injury. Stretching also provides an effective way of enhancing the muscle size and strength.</p>
<p> Stretching influences flexibility: Stretching puts off the loss of flexibility. But, stretching is more beneficial in the long run when performed continuously rather than during the shorter periods of time.</p>
<p> Stretching a few minutes prior to any event is likely to increase flexibility. When it comes to soccer training tips, the best bet is to distribute a stretching program over a predetermined length of time to continuously increase the range of motion.</p>
<p> Stretching enhances performance: Player’s performance improves when stretching exercises are designed to be soccer specific.</p>
<p> Stretching can be a lot of fun: For this, you need to add variety in your soccer drills and focus a lot on performing them. Keep varying the warm-up activities you do before stretching. Try games like the tag game, ball tag, and keep away.</p>
<p> Focus mentally on stretching exercises, feel and recognize each stretch, whilst checking for body soreness.</p>
<p> For a majority of kids, one stretch of15-30 minutes is sufficient for each muscle group but some kids may take longer stretches or more repetitions.</p>
<p> The reason for this is that when the temperature of muscles is higher than normal, stiffness decreases and extensibility increases. Kids who hope to retain or boost their flexibility can somewhat reach this goal by stretching. When their body temperature is higher as against normal, it makes it safer and more productive to stretch.</p>
<p> This is why some coaches tend to make their kids perform stretching exercises after a workout as well. To prevent muscles for tightening too fast, make your players do some stretching after they’ve practiced soccer skills.</p>
<p> In general, players who do an active warm-up before stretching get an improved range of motion than kids who only stretch. So if injury prevention is your aim, stop stretching before exercise and increase the warm up time.</p>
<p> I again reiterate that the most important of all soccer training tips is to remember that hurried stretching does not help kids become flexible, gets monotonous and pointless, so let them take their own time to warm up before stretching. <p> Soccer weight training requires muscles to be strong, speedy and resistant instead of adding pounds of useless bulk in muscles. Although the lower body strength is more important in soccer but we still carry on with the upper body weight trainings for overall conditioning and strength.</p>
<p> I recommend you begin your fitness training with the legs. Begin with the squatting exercises. After a light warm-up set, load the bar to a weight you think your players can get 20 reps with. Assuming that they are quite strong, therefore they should begin with 220 pounds. This practice is performed by getting below the bar, and putting it across their upper back and then stand up with it.</p>
<p> Next tell them to stand having their shoulders and feet width apart. Next they move downwards keeping hold of the bar up until their hips are just below the upper part of their knees. At this point in weight training soccer, players should quickly rise to the full standing position and exhale. They should be motivated to do this for 20 reps even when they are totally worked out.</p>

<p> Next is working on hamstrings, but before that have a 5-10 minutes break. Your players will be doing 4 sets of 15 reps each. In between each set of Leg Curls, they&#8217;ll also be doing 4 sets of 15 reps on the Stiff-Legged Dead lift. As player’s speed is greatly improves by strong hamstrings, so they should be very tough.</p>
<p> After completing 3 sets of 25 reps on the Standing calf-raise machine your leg exercises will be over.</p>
<p> The Incline bench press would be used to start the upper body exercises.<br /> When they are done with the warm ups, they should continue with extra weights so that the next set of 10 reps becomes tougher. The players must repeat the 5 sets 10 times with weights, while stretching their chest and shoulders and at the end of each set stop and relax for 2 minutes.</p>
<p> The second exercise for this portion of the soccer strength training is pull-ups. They should work out on their biceps and back by making their palms facing their body. The final part of the upper body work out involves working on abdominals and doing 5 sets of 20 or more reps of leg raises. Conclude with 5 sets of 50 or more crunching exercises.</p>
<p> In short weight training soccer is only a small portion of the complete training program required to make great soccer players. <p> When training for soccer, teach players to try and aim for the area flanked by the 6 and 18 yard boxes. This will make the goalkeeper come out in an attempt to collect the ball. This will have the effect of making the open and unguarded.</p>
<p> Keep looking at the ball: Keep a constant watch on the player’s movement on the field. Coach your players in such a way that they strictly follow the team’s approach and strategy for the day.</p>
