Another most important point of free soccer training drills is to play and pass the ball in penalty area. This drill concentrates on accurate passing and receiving skills to create goal-scoring opportunities.
In difficult time of inaccessible goal area, strikers may shoot without any proper judgment. However, in some scenarios, players may move the ball across the penalty area to divert the defenders’ focus and change the attacking point.

Player 1 who is standing on the edge of the penalty area near the goal line, chips the ball across the front of the goal to the other side where player 2 is standing. Player 2 uses brilliant control to take the ball out of the air and swiftly passes it along the ground to player 3, who is on the edge of the area directly in front of goal. Only two touches of player 3 are required—first to get the ball, second to shoot to the goal.
